Do You Have A Home You Need Inspected
Inspection Services
Buyer Inspections
Once you have made an offer on a property it is important to obtain a home inspection. A home inspection is a visual inspection of the structure and components of a home in order to identify items that are unsafe or not working properly.
Pre-Sale Inspections
Typically, home inspections are paid for by the buyer and performed right before closing the sale of the home. By moving the inspection to the beginning of the sales cycle, sellers are able to shorten the process by removing obstacles before they can interfere with a potential sale.
4 Point Inspections
A “Four Point Inspection” focuses only on four main areas of interest in a home: HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) Electrical wiring and panels. Plumbing connections and fixtures. Roof.
Wind Mitigation Inspections
Generally, a wind mitigation inspection is needed to determine which credits apply to a home. During a wind mitigation inspection, we look for key features and add-ons that reduce the amount of damage your home may suffer in the event of a hurricane or strong windstorm.
