I have been a realtor for 16 years in the area and worked with many home inspectors. Matt and Peter are wonderful about doing a very thorough job and also about not scaring my buyers but telling them what they need to know to make an educated decision. The reports are detailed with pictures and almost always get them back less than 24 hours from the inspection. Always will work me in if need to and very pleasant to work with. They will take time to talk to the buyers and explain things which I appreciate. Both having been in customer service management at Home Depot for many years they know how to deal with people! So if you are a home buyer, insurance agent or a realtor that works with buyers you should be using these guys!

I am not one to write reviews, but my experience with Matter Home Inspections warranted comment. Look no further if you are hiring a home inspector as these two are true professionals. Matt and Peter recently conducted an inspection on a home for me and I was more than impressed with their expertise, attention to detail and follow through. To begin Matt was more than responsive prior to the inspection and flexible in accommodating a very tight schedule. Upon meeting at the home both Matt and Peter presented themselves as professionals conducting a more than thorough inspection providing me with non-biased information on the home. Their inspection report was comprehensive and professional in every way. Lastly, they even made themselves available after the inspection to respond to some of my questions. Thank you gentlemen!
Pre-Sale Inspections
